We are learning how to interact online in a kind, positive and helpful way. 

These are some helpful notes on netiquette Online

Do not swear online
Say sorry if you have done something wrong online
have good manners and treat others right 
Do not send rude emails or start arguments
Do not start flame wars
Do not talk to trolls online
Don't make a fake identity online
Treat people the way you want to be treated online
Keep emails and aims clear 
Remember who your audience is when your writing
If your sending a serious email write formally 
Don't write in all capital letters
When online humour is int obvious in writing
Re read your messages and emails before you send it
Cheek your spelling before sending a message
Ask permission before posting

The internet is a private place so don't post any embarrassing things

How does netiquette affect our relationships ?

In my option netiquette affects our relationships by how we act for example if we say rude things to other people they get angry at you and they will get upset with you. If you be nice to someone they will be nice to you and then you can become friends.

Red Colour Poem

                             Red,

Red is the strawberries that make my tastebuds fly,

Red is the cherries that make lovely pie.

Red is the fire that burns houses down,

Red is the lava that spreads through the town.

Red is the ruby’s which Birthstone is July,

Red is the blood that makes us cry.

I love red because

it’s the colour of the delicious strawberries.

Amazing Family

Amazing Family

My family is amazing and they are all unique in their own special way.

My artistic elder brother John is usually playing basketball or drawing great pictures.

My hardworking brother Jordan is always lying down tired coming home from a hard day of work.

My sporty brother Zinzan is always at the rugby fields training, or playing a game.

My exhausted Mum is always working hard cleaning the kitchen, or rushing home from work to see me before school.

My tired Dad is usually at work fixing cars, or biking up mountains and hills.

Everybody in my family are all amazing because we are kind to each other, we can rely on each other and most importantly we love each other very much.

Water, Water, Everywhere

WALT: create a poem or piece of writing about downpour of rain.

Water, Water, Everywhere

When it rains it’s cold outside and you have to wear rain coats and warm clothes. When you go outside you get wet hair and you end up soaking wet, you can smell fresh rain and you can see people holding umbrellas, raindrops falling everywhere , kids jumping in puddles and people running towards shelter. When you look down you can see disgusting worms slithering across the concrete and the muddy grass making your shoes dirty. When you look up at the sky you can see the white clouds turning dark grey, and you can hear people complaining about how cold it is and raindrops crashing hard on the roof. You can feel cold wet rain smashing against your face, the strong wind pushing you, and your wet clothes making you feel cold. When you go inside your house you can see the condensation on the windows, you can feel water on your back leaking from the roof and you can feel the hot air coming from the heat pump making you feel warm. Also you get stressed if there is going to be a storm, because of how bad the rain is. At least you get to watch t.v inside and drink hot chocolate.

Winter Poem

WALT: Write a poem about winter using strong verbs.

Winter is the Best

Winter is the time of the year, when the weather turns frosty.

I put the covers over the top of my head. Me and my family buy warm woolly jackets. Heaters are on all the time. Underneath my shoes I look and see frozen grass on the way to school. Walking in the frosty mornings with my brother. Sitting underneath the heat pump with my family creating memories. Winter is cold but it doesn't matter, because the hot chocolate is worth the matter.
